Booking procedure
Bookings will only be accepted on receipt of a completed booking form. We do not accept telephone bookings, but we can take enquires as to the courses. All course fees MUST be paid in full before the start of the course, at least 1 week before the start date. If full payment is not received at least 5 working days before the date of the course, we are obliged to re-allocate unpaid places to any bookings accompanied with payment. Late bookings will be subject to the standard cancellation conditions as listed below.

Payment
Payment are made by  PayPal (via credit or debit cards). Please note that if you need to pay by cheque, you must enquire first from admin and the cheque must be received 2 weeks prior to the course date. If you require an invoice before payment can be made, please indicate this in the appropriate space in the booking form and give details of where and to whom the invoice should be sent to. Course fees are inclusive of all training materials and light refreshments. We will include sandwich lunches for the 2/3 day courses. All bookings must be received together with payment 2 weeks before the course start date.

Confirmation and Cancellation of bookings
We will not ordinarily acknowledge bookings, however, 5 -10 days before the course date you will receive a letter which will include details of the venue, how to get there and course timetable. If for any reason you cancel your booking up to 2 weeks before the course date you will receive a full refund less an administration fee of £45.00. All cancellations must be in writing and we will not make any refund for courses cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice. We will however, accept replacement delegates without any notice requirement.

Late bookings are subject to the  above cancellation policy.

You may transfer to another course or course date, but you must notify us in writing at least 1 week before the course date, however we will charge a n administration fee of £45. We will however, not accept a transfer if less than 1 week and the cancellation policy will be effected.

Course cancellation
We reserve the right to move the date of a course or cancel a course. In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled we would seek to give you as much notice as possible and we will reimburse in full, but we will not accept liability for expenses incurred other than the course fees.

Access for people with disabilities
All venues are fully accessible to wheelchair users and have toilet facilities for people with disabilities. If you have special assistance in any respect please indicate this on the booking form, with details of the assistance required.
