This is a 2 day course to assist those with little or prior experience in immigration advice up to the level of competence as required by the regulations of the OISC code of Standard and Guidance of Competence at Level 1. It is worthy to note that this course is meant to assist those who want to take the Level 1 examination conducted by OISC. It is by no means a replacement for sitting the examination and you will also be required to register separately with OISC. Click here for course dates and booking.
Please keep in mind that even if you have previous legal study or work experience, you are not necessarily qualified to give immigration counsel.
You might have previously studied some specific parts of law, or worked in the legal offices of companies like Royal Mail or aviva.co.uk, but this is unrelated work to immigration law. This course will help inform and prepare you for more intense studies. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will be happy to help you choose the right course.
